Kathmandu, May 7:

President Dr Ram Baran Yadav met CPN-UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal at the presidential office at Shital Niwas on Monday and held talks about the current political situation.

During the meeting, the talks focused on the five-point deal reached among the political parties for formation of national unity government, conclusion of the peace process and constitution writing.

According to Rambabu Adhikari, personal secretary of Khanal, the meeting centered on the current political development especially the building political consensus for constitution.
